Ajay Mehta
The Chairman
of Crossover Advisors, is also
one of the founders of the publicly
listed Deepak group that has a
turnover of INR 8,500 million
and employs over 3000 people.
Over the last 23 years, he has
been the MD/CEO of various manufacturing
and financial services companies.
Ajay currently chairs the YPO
chapter in Pune, and serves on
the executive/advisory board of
the Local Chamber of Commerce
MCCIA, as well as Educational
organizations. He is also the
president of TIE,
Pune. He obtained a Master of
Science degree from the University
of Texas at Austin, USA, and has
also attended Executive Development
Programs at the Harvard Business
School, USA and IIM, Ahmedabad.
Vinnie Vyas
Is the
CEO, with over 20 years experience
working in the financial services
and technology industries in the
US, Europe, Japan, and India.
He has been involved with Restructuring
businesses, M&A, and Private
Equity activities for the technology,
securities, and entertainment/media
companies. Vinnie holds a MBA
from the Wharton School of Business,
USA, and has participated in the
Executive Programs at Harvard
Business School, as well as the
Sloan School of Management at
MIT.
S.Chandrasekaran
Serves
as the COO of Crossover. He has
over 35 years of experience in
consulting, manufacturing, and
services industry. With specialization
in operations, cost management,
audit, human resources, and engineering
services Chandra is a key resource
in performing due diligence and
working with our portfolio companies.
He has a B.Sc. and B.E. in Mechanical
Engineering from Osmania University,
and a B.E. in Industrial Engineering
from the Indian Institution of
Industrial Engineering.

Andreas
Schweitzer
A Swiss national
residing in Geneva, attended the
London School of Economics and
IMD in Switzerland, and has work
experience in Germany, France,
UK, Switzerland and Panama. Andreas
has assimilated valuable knowledge
in Private Banking, Asset Management,
and Eurobond trading, and has
been an advisor to the Venture
Capital, Private Equity, and Fund
Management groups in Europe. He
is currently the CEO of borawind/
Investissements Mistral Ltd and
serves on the Board of Directors
of several organizations in the
field of trade finance, financial
services, merchant banking, funds
management, and others owned by
a number of EU based Conglomerates.
Arun
Savkur
Is a Managing Director
at the Quantum Fund LLP. in New
York, USA. He is responsible for
launching four successful start-ups
and subsequently capitalizing
his investment through corporate
buy-ins, private sales and spin-offs.
Arun has also managed funding
and growth of large infrastructure
projects, each exceeding USD100
million, in the areas of power,
telecom, mining and media. Prior
to joining Quantum Fund, Arun
was part of senior management
at IBM for several years. Besides
his role as the Managing Director
of Quantum Fund LLP, he also heads
his angel fund with a close group
of investors focused on nanotechnology,
wireless, media and renewable
energy.
Pang
Shun Pen
Has been in the investment business
for 27 years. He began his career
at Permodalan Nasimal Berhard
(PNB), and subsequently assumed
responsibility of Director at
GZB Management Sendirian Berhad,
an exclusive consultancy firm
to HSBC Guyerzelle, in Kuala
Lumpur, Malaysia. After GZB,
Shun Pen became a Partner at
HSZ Group, an independent investment
management company with HSBC
Guyerzeller and Ergo Trust as
shareholders, and operations
in Hong Kong, Singapore, and
Zurich. At HSZ, he managed the
Singapore operations, and in
particular fund management,
corporate finance, and trade
execution functions. Currently,
Shun Penn is the Founder and
Director of SP Asia-Euro Capital
Private Limited, a Singapore
based company involved in fund
management and corporate advisory
services to accredited investors.

Singhal
Was the founder and Managing Director
of Shipping Credit and Investment
Corporation of India, a Director
of ICICI Bank, and a senior member
of the management team at ONGC,
a Fortune 500 company. He has
been an Advisor to the Government
of India, Asian Development Bank,
and the National Bank of Uzbekistan.
Additionally, he is a Member of
the Board of the International
Chamber of Commerce, Paris, and
the International Maritime Bureau
at London. Mr. Singhal has been
credited with creating a number
of first-time global financial
instruments that has benefited
the Indian financial market. During
his tenure in the commercial and
investment banking arena, he has
evaluated more than 5000 business
proposals. Furthermore, he architected
the on-the-job professional training
in development banking at the
World Bank, Washington D.C. and
at KfW, Frankfurt.
Dina
Dattani
Is a qualified solicitor,
receiving her law degree from
Chester College of Law in the
UK. Besides practicing law for
more than a decade in the UK,
she is a consultant with Nishith
Desai and Associates, a law firm
located in Mumbai, India. She
is a Director in a Mauritius based
venture capital fund, and a UK/India
based company that invests in
consumer electronics, power and
telecom sectors. As a Consultant,
Dina advises clients like Infosys,
the highly prestigious and successful
IT company in Bangalore and Global
Telecom for entry into Eastern
European markets particularly,
Slovenia, Croatia, Slovakia, Hungary
and Poland. On invitation by FICCI,
Export Import Bank of India and
NASSCOM, she has addressed the
Indian industry executive about
Non-Tariff Barriers to Trade,
Investment, and Immigration into
the UK & EU.
